We have two requirements: Firstly, the total household income must be at least three times the amount of rent. Secondly, all applicants must personally view the property before proceeding with the application process. This viewing can be scheduled at any time before or after submitting the application.
Keys can be checked out Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM, and on Friday from 9 AM to 3:30 PM. We do not charge a key deposit, but we will request to make a copy of your ID (excluding military IDs) and collect your current address and phone number.
Once all applicants have submitted the necessary information and the application fee has been paid, processing takes approximately 4-10 business days. You will be contacted to inform you whether your application has been approved.
The application fee is $45.00 per adult.
Yes, we accept assistance programs. As long as our available homes/apartments do not specify 'NO DCA', you may use your voucher.
No, our deposit policy differs from that of some rental companies. We consider factors such as your background check, soft credit pull, and rental history to determine the deposit amount.
Lack of rental history is not an issue. We have rented to individuals from various backgrounds.
On move-in day, you will need to bring the rent amount specified, along with proof of power and water connection, as well as the declaration page of your renter’s insurance (with us listed as the interested party).
We accept money orders, personal checks, and cashier’s checks. Cash payments are rarely accepted due to safety concerns, and we will not accept cash if it is not the exact amount.
Renter’s insurance is mandatory throughout your tenancy with Anchor Property Management Solutions. In addition to being a requirement, renter’s insurance protects your personal belongings in the event of theft or damage from natural disasters.
We are open Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and on Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM.
We provide a drop box for returning keys when we are closed. Simply open the screen door on the left and drop the key into the slot.
